Atom absorpsjon spektrofotometer Varian SpectrAA 220 FS

Atomic absorption spectrometry AAS is an analytical procedure for the qualitative and quantitative determination of chemical elements employing the absorption of optical radiation light by free atoms in the gaseous state. In analytical chemistry the technique is used for determining the concentration of a particular element in a sample. AAS can be used to determine over 70 different elements in solution or directly in solid samples. The equipment currently consists of all the instruments and equipment necessary for doing analysis, including lamps. Usually there is one lamp for each element, but lamps that can analyze six different elements are also available. List of equipment: ° Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, Varian SpectrAA 220 FS ° Graphite Tube Atomizer graphite oven , Varian GTA, 110 ° Milestone Microwave Laboratory System Ethos Plus 1 ° Sample preparation System, SPS 3 ° Circulation Cooler, Van Der Heijden ° Lamps ° PC Substances can be analyzed for the following elements: ° Cadmium Cd ° Copper Cu ° Nickel Ni ° Lead Pb ° Chromium Cr The detection limit available for this equipment is 0,002 ppm = 0,002 mg kg . Dette instrumentet har tjenestegjort på en analyselabb, er pent brukt og i god stand. Det har stått lagret i ca. 3 år og er nå klart for nye utfordringer.
